Each serving of PRO MATRIX provides a 22 gram of protein matrix consisting of Whey Protein Concentration, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate, Micellar Casein, and Milk Protein Isolate.

SUGGESTED USE:
As a protein supplement, mix 1 scoop (47g) of CORE CHAMPS PRO MATRIX with 8-10 oz of cold water and mix thoroughly in a shaker or blender.
